Add more merge field options to acknowledgement email and confirmation screen

Would like the location to be shown after a purchase. It is currently not an optional merge field in html editor for the email acknow or confirmation screen. I think all of the ticket template merge fields should be available in the configuration of the email and confirmation screen.
