Include refund information in Sales Order Item Ticket Registrant node in a Sales Order query

The way data currently displays in a Sales Order query, it is difficult to see refund information associated with a particular registration. If the refund info (amount refunded, etc.) appeared beneath the Sales Order Item Ticket Registrant node and was associated with the particular Registrant, it would help avoid having to run multiple queries to pull all of this information.

    This is very important to us as it makes it difficult to obtain accurate itemized financial reporting from orders with multiple tickets of the same type, but different refunded amounts for each ticket.
