Increase time out from 15 to 30 minutes

Please extend the session time-out from 15 to 30 minutes or make it configurable up to an hour.  The 15 minute limitation is causing issues for our front desk staff.

    Thank you all for your input! After consideration of user feedback and a careful re-evaluation of the application of PCI requirements, the timeout for Blackbaud ID has now been increased to 90 minutes.

    Blackbaud is doing what is industry standard per PCI-DSS policy 8.1.8 "Session idle time out"

    Perhaps they could adjust the timeout based on user role. Those who do not deal with payments could have a more generous timeout.

    I agree. It is not only disruptive for guest services who get logged out relatively quickly, but also for back office staff who are getting phone calls and not in Altru frequently. Please update the time to an hour. Some of the smaller businesses do not have the constant flow of people. They work on other projects at the front desk on their system and are not always moving something in Altru.

    It has become extremely disruptive to our daily operations and is seriously having an impact on our productivity and efficiency with a 15 minute logout.  Honestly, 30 minutes is not enough either. I would ask for at least an hour.  As a small non-profit it is critical that we are able to be as efficient as possible.  Please change this ASAP, thank you!

    please increase session time to at least an hour. the time period now has lots of problems with front desk and merchandise operations daily. the short period is just not very friendly to provide good customer service. please fix this asap.

    Our organization utilizes Altru's services for merchandise and tour/progam tickets sales in our gift shop. The new Blackbaud log-in process and 15 minute logout is very discruptive to our daily operations and impacting our ability to provide timely tickets and merchandise sales. Please extend the required log-in time to hourly. Thank you.
