When searching for an organization record, it could be that 4 with the same name show up, some with different addresses which helps distinguish them but some the same. What would really help me find the record I'm looking for is to be able to see the primary contact field.
I was hoping there was a way to personalize the view of the search results. Once I've found the 4 records for Stop & Shop - I would remove the "constituent type" field (if I had to keep the fields to a limited number) and add "primary contact. Then I could choose the one with the primary contact I sought.
