When you go to Appeal Mailings, there is often a bug that reads "The Value for 'From' cannot be less than 1/1/1753." It's not clear how to get out of it. I usually go back and forth to the page 7 or 8 times, refresh the screen a bunch, and change the Date Range. It's very, very annoying.
