Improve Altru's "Program Search" function

The Program Search function in Altru could use improvement.  Here's an example:  We have a program called "The Readers at Robie."  Entering "Readers" or "Readers at Robie" turns up no results.  I have to search using the word "The" in order to find it.  It seems you must enter the first word of what you are searching for in order to have success.  Sometimes I don't know or can't remember the first word.  Can the search function be improved to deliver results when ANY word from the program is used?

    This!! All of their searches are like this, as far as I can tell, for locations, program titles, etc. It's unfathomable to me that they don't have full-text search, only first-word search.
