My organization is working on ways that we can make our request for email recipients to add us to their address books/contact lists even easier. The obvious solution is the use of vCards ("virtual business cards"). We can't add these in our appeals and haven't figured out a way to complete this in an outlook mail merge either. It would be a great native feature so we can skip Outlook altogether.
