Appeal Mailing emails should send only one email per address. Most other emailing systems are able to automatically recognize duplicate email addresses and send just one email.
When multiple constituents have the same email address and this problem has not been manually fixed by staff, constituents complain about receiving duplicate emails. Adding this feature would improve constituent satisfaction and reduce labor for Altru users.
