Increased Query Functionality

It would be super useful to be able to query on PART of a data field - for example, just the first 5 of the zip code. We obviously need to full zip code for mailings, but often report on constituents by zip code. The full version of the zip code is harder to deal with when querying. It would also be useful if you wanted to query on just the area code for phone numbers, etc.
