Daily Sales Receipt Button Improvements

The Receipt buttons (ie. print receipt, no receipt, and email receipt) have two issues.

  1. The difference between On and Off is not visibly clear enough. As a result some of our ticket sellers click it to be sure it is off which leads to problem #2
  2. The once clicked ON the buttons cannot be turned OFF unless there is another option to toggle through. (for example if you are off site and there is no receipt printer...therefor no Print Receipt button, if you click no receipt you cannot turn if off.)
