We value your unique insight into our products and services and often receive ideas and feedback from our community in a variety of ways. To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas.

Redesign member sign-in and bring more value to it.

Current issues we have are:

  • The matching algorithm is flawed when matching existing members for Altru online accounts.
  • The online account provides little to no value for members other than discounts.
  • It creates duplicate records
  • It frustrates members and creates more support calls

Desired functionality

  • Member checkout with member ID or phone match
  • Allow members to reset password via SMS or email or security questions
  • Allow members to download a copy of their member cards
  • Allow members to see their benefits
  • Allow members to download tax documents
  • Allow members to set communication preferences
  • Allow members to update address, phone, email
  • Allow members to set desired salutation style for contact
  • Allow members to receive notifications once they log in
  • Provide a login API that can integrate with Wordpress for SSO between Altru and WordPress.
  • Auto-detect members and prompt to create an account while still discounting the order
  • Provide entitlements without an account by using better matching
