Disallow usage of all caps and zip+4 on webforms

When signing up for events on webforms, patrons can enter their names in all caps which causes a duplicate record to be created. This can also happen when they enter their zip+4. There should be a setting to disallow these to reduce the amount of duplicates created in the system.

    All caps and all lower case are both annoying clean up problems I see regularly. Having the AddressAccelerator integrated so it can verify addresses would help solve these time-consuming clean up issues.

    I disagree with the zip+4, however. But having the address verified would solve that also.
