We have robust complimentary membership programs and would like to run acknowledgements to welcome new members. It is untenable for us to go through each new member and manually mark the gifts as acknowledged, yet Altru will not allow us to acknowledge $0 revenue records.
This seems like an unncecessary limitation.

this was all i saw and i immediately VOTED...yes, please. we use the ack area to email a member card...but currently have a program that issues zero dollar memberships...and so they CANNOT be emailed an ack (which is really their member card). HELP
