A variable price ticket function for Pay-as-able tickets

Constituent could set a price that works for their budget--thereby making the program accessible to all. We can offer this at the door by manually entering, but currently there is no way to do this for advance tickets.

Lower income customers request this option, but also many of our rental groups would like to offer this as a lot of their funding depends on accessibility to event for all economic backgrounds.
