Change Primary Relationship from SPOUSE to SECONDARY MEMBER

We are finding more and more relationships that are not necessarily Spouse relationships. Using the terminology spouse often starts conversations off on the wrong foot. It would be more descriptive and accurate to change it from Spouse to Secondary Member or Second Cardholder...something along those lines.

    I agree. I mark those in that situation as "spouse" because I have to for mailing and recognition. However, the next step is I have a code for "Marital Status Actually Unknown." I would prefer having a "secondary member" that would merge in the same way as a spouse.
