When we recently did a conversion to the Altru system, we were not able to move our already existing guest passes to a membership. We could add them to the individuals in the household and we can add them to the household. However, if we want to manually assign guest passes to a membership so that all members/individuals of the household have access to the same guest passes, that can't be done unless they have received them during their renewal or purchase.
