We've had a lot of issues with our tickets not printing during sales (they have to be printed from batch) because the total number of characters on the locations (larger museum events using multiple spaces) exceeded 100 characters. We don't even have "event location" as a field on our ticket template.
This needs to be remedied as reducing the number of locations on the program and/or program event opens us up into the potential to double book a space (since no conflict will appear in Altru after removing some of the locations to reduce the number of characters for ticket printing).
