This seems like one of the most important email alerts that staff should be recieving. We do not get many unresolved online sales but when we do we tend to miss them before the customer is inconvienienced. Often the customer receives an email confiration of the transaction so they think everything is fine until the come to attend an event etc. Allowing users to set up an email alert when online sales end up in the unresolved section would be extremely benificial to providing the best customer service.

YES!!! No one at my organization even knew this was a thing until we had a weird situation we couldn't figure out and stumbled upon it. I now check it on a weekly basis but it would be so much better if there were just an alert anytime this happens so that we don't have to constantly wonder about it and remember to check.
This would be especially helpful since Outlook now seems to be really picky when it comes to password-protected RSS feeds.
