Sign in/Sign Out or Register on Web Forms should be on Main Page too

It'd be very helpful to have the sign in/sign out options in the upper right hand corner of our organization's website (and not just in the corner of web forms). That way people can sign out on our main page. Already getting some confusion from folks who sign up and then go back to the main page and don't know how to sign out again.

    Anything that makes it more obvious how to sign in would be a VERY welcome change.
