Ability to Customize Online Options at All Levels (Event, Program, Category, All)

Currently, we can only customize ("Configuration: Online settings for tickets") by ALL scheduled programs for the web and not by event or program. It would be great to be able to set different low availability thresholds and custom language by program and/or event when necessary.

Similarly, we can only customize by EVENT for pre-registered programs for the web, instead of by program. It is a huge time suck to have to set the language, threshold, and field requirements for every single event (particularly for summer camp) when the the they are all the same and could have been deployed at a higher level to all programs or to the whole category.

This would allow us to best fulfill the needs of our organization/programs/events, while also not requiring more time than necessary or require us to compromise on things we want or need to fit the capabilities of the system (for example, not making a program pre-registered because we have 3-4 programs daily and would have had to update options for every single event).

    Yes, please! Especially for the message when someone has already registered for an event. The phrase "We cannot process your registration. For information, please contact us by phone or email." is singularly unhelpful.

    This is so frustrating and results in messy-looking web forms when programmers don't have time or forget to do all the millions of customization minutia for each program event. I wish I could set more defaults at all levels, including price type order for pre-registered program events (currently they just display in a completely random order).
