Current functionality: When adding/editing a phone number to an individual's constituent record, if that individual is a household member, the Copy phone number to household and members checkbox defaults to being checked. For app users that do not want to copy the number to the household and members, this can cause an issue if the checkbox is accidentally left checked upon Saving.
Desired functionality: Allow app users to set their own default for this checkbox so the option doesn't have to be selected or deselected every time. This will greatly improve data entry times and data quality.

I would say even if they can allow an admin to chose the default, at least set it to default UNCHECKED. This is causing HUGE issues at my organization. It seems no one ever unchecks it so I constantly call donors, only to get their wives or ex-wives (since even though their household was dissolved, they phone number stayed in the other persons profile. Embarrassing! In a day when no one has house lines anymore and everyone has personal cell phones, this should NOT be defaulted to copy to household.
And allow us to check individual or household when removing that information, instead of forcing us to do it on all three (or more) accounts separately!
