We are not using the online registration in Altru for our Special Event (Gala) because there is no text field for a registrant to indicate special needs, like food allergies or ACCESS. This might be a compliance issue with the ADA. The only suggestion we were given for food allergies was to create endless lists of possible allergies, but that is silly because we could not possibly anticipate every possible allergy. There should be an option for us to create a text box for registrants to enter any food allergies or special considerations. This text option could also be used for them to indicate when they should be seated with someone who is registering/paying separately. PLEASE make this available before our gala next year! Thank you!
