Name pronunciation guide visible in the personal information section of a constituent record, next to a constituent's nickname

Facebook introduced this option for user profiles a while back, and while I don't think the same functionality is necessary (such as being able to click sound recordings to hear pronunciations or auto-populating suggestions for phonetic spellings), being able to manually type in the preferred pronunciation of a name would be helpful to ensure that when we're greeting guests or making phone calls we're addressing guests properly.
