Currently recognition credits cannot be edited on sales orders. This causes differences in the recognition credit amounts between spouses and their households and therefore makes reporting of year giving back to donors more difficult. In addition, recognition credits are not always tallying correctly as they come in between spouses, so being able to manage this on any type of incoming revenue regardless of where or how the payment is received would be extremely beneficial.

Recognition credits on Sales Orders can be edited IF the Sales Order is for a membership or a donation, but not if it includes any kind of ticket revenue. This is a huge problem for us too! We even have some ticket revenue which has gotten stuck with two credit types (both a donor credit and a soft credit) for the same revenue item on the same person. It is a reporting nightmare.
