Filter merchandise sales report by payment method

Please add a filter to the Merchandise Sales report for Payment Method. I have a client who wants to see what merchandise items are being purchased by an alternate payment method of Gift Card, but also generally a breakdown by Cash, Check, Credit card, or any other payment method. 

This should be a multi-select filter, like the Sales Method checkboxes that we see on the Total Revenue report.
