Add fields to Program Query Views to support OData & API usage

We'd like to add the following query nodes to allow a better experience when building additional functionality via OData/API, i.e. Altru Online Calendars.

Add URL, Web description to the Program Events Query Node

  • Program Events\Web Forms:
    • Description (Pulls from the Event if customized, otherwise pulls from Program, if possible)
    • URL

Same for the Program Query
