Please update the lookup logic for online transactions so that deceased and inactive records are not selected. It is not uncommon for family members to return to the address that is on the record of a now deceased parent and the resulting transaction that comingles membership history or event registration as well as phone/email information is difficult to correct. In instances where the membership or registration is on the record of the deceased, front line staff are not able to locate the order when their search options exclude deceased records.
