Add constituent page link to the contact name of an organization in the contact tile

The contact tile on an organization constituent profile has the name of the contact.  But to get their individual constituent profile you have to go to the relationships tab and sift through all of the contacts to click on their name.  Please add a link to the contact name in the contact tile so we can go directly to the individual's constituent page.  It is available for memberships and spouses of constituents.  It would save so much time.
