Discount codes for special events

Currently, Altru does not allow discount codes to be used in checkout for special events/fundraising events. The shopping cart doesn't even prompt a discount code at check-out. We often want to be able to offer discounts that are only available for certain people, but that can still be purchased online. Therefore want to use a discount code, rather than creating a whole new ticket price that can be visible and redeemable by anyone.

    We desperatly need this for tickets as a benefit of being a sponsor.
