Here 4 years later and surprised this is still not an option. Found a great way to query for folks with the same last name who have a Different Last Name format, only to realize that I have to fix all ~400 of them manually. This should absolutely be an option.
I've been using this shut down to do a lot of corrections in our database. I am ready to change many of the salutations, but I discovered I can't do this with an import!
It's really unacceptable that the only way to add or edit these is manually, one by one!
