Add Auto-Renewal field to Membership Card fields

We want to be able to acknowledge that someone auto-renewed their membership when we send their cards. Unfortunately, the field isn't available in the Membership card fields, and there's no obvious way for our gift processor to see that a membership came in as Auto-renew.
