We give our members guest passes as part of their membership package.  On the back of the guest pass we request the "guest" fill out their information. It has lines and space provided.  The front even says the back must be filled out.

Our welcome center is not so great at getting the guest to fill out the back.  Is there a way to create a notification whenever the discount "guest pass" is entered a box in daily sales pops up?  I've tried to query on the discount but I guess the sale has to be completed.  It would be best to have it while the sale is in progress.

We enter the guest information in Altru and once a month do a mailing with a membership brochure.
