At our organization we utilize tickets as a promotional offer for many of our mailings. Currently in Altru there is no way to do a promotion that's not either a term extension or an amount off. With the value of some of the promotional tickets we offer, it is a business loss for our organization to have to offer something in addition to the tickets just so it will work in the system.
Through testing and data analysis over the last few years, we feel that not offering ticket promotions anymore will drastically affect our sales numbers.
I have to imagine we're not the only organization who currently has this type of promotion structure in place. PLEASE make this an option in Altru!
