It would be nice to set up a reminder in daily sales to remind staff to ask customers if they would like to round their total up to donate towards whatever is needed. Many non-profits are using Altru and would be able to generate additional revenue that is needed. Unfortunately marketing surveys do not pop-up until hitting complete, notes on each constituent is not an option, and group notification will not include newly added constituents that may be buying a membership at that time.
