Would like to see the link between username and email update from a one to one relation to a one to many where ONE EMAIL can be used for MULTIPLE USERNAMES.  Username would be distinct, not allowing duplicates but multiple usernames could point to the same email.    For members under the age of about 16 may not have emails and likely do not have an email, this makes it impossible for use to allow for exclusive offers to those members and require a sign on.  For example, we may offer bring a friend for free with one offer per member - a family of four would need four emails/username today but minor child may not have an email.  If the username was the unique identifier for login then we could restrict/track to the username.
