Add a feature that allows for complimentary memberships

This feature would be useful because sometimes our institution uses complimentary memberships as a promotion, raffle item, etc., so the constituent does not pay. For now, we are having to process the free memberships as "$0 [cash] Memberships". This is sloppy, and can make things in our finance department get a bit confusing or can lead to inaccuracies. If there were an option that configured the information that it is a complimentary membership, we could both have a cleaner, clearer database and the ability to track information regarding these memberships.

    Right now we have them listed as Discounts (Volunteer - 100% discount; Event VIP - 100% discount. Then we have a Misc. 100% discount that says see comments, where we tell why their membership was comp.
