Add a Reference Number from Group Sales for Other Payment

When taking payment like Purchase Orders, there is no way to add a reference number in a group sale reservation. Right now, we're putting the number in the notes section, but it would be so much easier to put the reference number in like you can put the check number in for a check. All this would require is a "reference number" section in Other Payments.
