Generate and download receipt from all sales methods.

There is no easy method to download a receipt for a group sales reservation, or any sales method for that matter. I would like there to be an easy way to export or download receipts. Instead, the only option is to enter the email of the patron and click send. I would like to add a more personal note sometimes, or other information. Therefore, it would be best if we could download the receipt, and craft the email in a more personal manner.
