Expose attachment files to the query engine.

In order to create more robust and customized constituent profiles than Altru allows, I need programmatic access to attachment files (docs, pdfs, etc) through odata. Currently, the query engine only exposes metadata for attachments, but not the files themselves.

    Please do this! Currently there is no way to download a group of attachments all at once. The only option is to download them one at a time from each record. This is tedious and annoying. Especially if you're trying to download, say, all grant proposals from the past year or all board profiles that you've created in Word.
