Here is what currently happens. Something goes wrong during the online order process and the order lands in unresolved online sales orders. Once in there, fixing the orders is easy enough. However, since we are now technically in advance sales, no eTicket gets generated after the sale is completed. Please add the capability to generate eTickets from all sales methods. This would save a lot of time. In my mind, it would be something on the left hand menu on the sales order record , and it would be something like "Generate eTicket link." Clicking that would make the system create the tickets, and then the link could be copy and pasted into emails or as needed.
