We value your unique insight into our products and services and often receive ideas and feedback from our community in a variety of ways. To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas.

Allow pre-registered patrons to register/pay online

Currently if someone is pre-registered for a special event, they cannot go to our website and pay for that special event online (because their name is already linked to the event). We use pre-registration to track our numbers, but if someone wants to pay online they receive an error message. The only way they could pay online is if we went in and deleted the pre-registration, or took their card information over the phone. To make things more convenient for our patrons, it would be helpful if they could be pre-registered AND have the ability to pay online.
