I was thrilled that Altru created this new app to help globally extend membership expiration dates. However, they didn't seem to mention very clearly that it was unavailable to Mac users. At the very least, this should be remedied, and a new version which works with Macs would be very welcome bonus.

Once again, Altru fails to make their products accessible to users. I was very disappointed when I attempted to download the utility (why does this have to be a separate download anyway?) and could not because I use Mac. When I asked support, they had to research to find that it was only available for PC because it was not clearly stated on the download page or the article about the utility. Altru has thousands of organizations to appeal to, I get it. But please take into consideration the amount of arts organizations that operate on Mac, and PLEASE communicate better with your customers!!
Completely agree! I was so excited about this when I got the email today and went to download it immediately and cannot. There are a lot of us who use Macs with Altru and I'm very surprised they didn't think of that.
Please make available to Mac users!
