Allow refunds for specific date(s) for event packages: partial refunds of whole order, but only for specific date(s).

The fix for partial refunds in event packages does not allow you to refund for specific dates. For example, if I create an $80 package for a series of events that occur once a month for four months (Jan, Feb, March, and April), and one program gets canceled for January. Altru will not let you refund $20 for January only. The refund will divided up and spread across all four months ($5 from Jan, $5 from Feb, $5 from March, $5 from April). This would make accountants needlessly do four times the work. Event packages are not useful for our organization currently, and the partial refund fix is not helpful. Our organization will not use event packages.
