We value your unique insight into our products and services and often receive ideas and feedback from our community in a variety of ways. To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas.
Currently, for each country the state and/provinces need to be manually added. When you purchase Altru, these should automatically be added to the database, like the countries are.
The lack of state/province code tables has been causing issues for us when patrons try to fill out web forms. Even when the state/province is not a required field, sometimes the forms will not submit, prohibiting a user from registering for our events.
Especially in light of COVID-19 and a lot of us moving to online/virtual programming, we have been getting many more people living abroad completing our web forms. It would be great to get these code tables fleshed out at the Blackbaud level so each organization does not have to address this ourselves.
