Apply tickets to a donation

We've had guests need to cancel visits but not want a refund. Instead, they would like the payment to count as a donation. We can change designations for donations but not for programs, it would be very helpful if I could change the payment from a program payment into a donation payment.

    This would have been EXTREMELY helpful when we had to cancel our children's summer camps that were set to begin during the time we were in Covid-19 lockdown.
