Constituent records get lots of duplication when someone completes an online sales order but doesn't login. To keep records clean it would be nice to be able to delete duplicate contact information
Absolutely! We have many "elder" constituents who do not create online profiles so we have records with multiple same email address and address entries that cannot be deleted. This creates not a clean database at all.
I agree with Katrina, some of our records have 5 or more duplicate addresses, email addresses and phones. It's very time consuming to clean these up having to go into every Sales Order to change the contact info! Please make it easier to manage the contact information.
