Add "Completed" or "Fulfilled" option for recurring gift status

Adding this status would allow us to pull accurate reports that show which gifts are currently processing, which need attention to prevent them from becoming noncollectable, and which have completed their total pledge amount/time period and therefore are no longer active. There is no way to do this currently except marking them as "cancelled", which isn't correct for recurring gifts that have been fully executed based on the donor's intention.
