We have customers that come to our box office windows to purchase advance tickets, and if they run their card through the magstripe reader, the format does not transfer correctly into the advance sales fields. This means that the sales agent must manually type in the card info - which is not ideal when we are trying to minimize contact.
If the same card present credit workflow that is used by daily sales could be enabled in advance sales, it would correct this issue and improve efficiency.
