Re-order Membership Card Merge Fields

I typically send my membership cards to Excel to put them in a specific order and to proof the list before printing. We typically only have to look at about 5 different fields before printing, but the fields we need are spread out from the Column A to AO, which makes us have to search for them. I would like to set the order of the merge fields on the membership card to put the ones we are actually going to look at all together at the front.
