We offer programs to our community that are Included with Admission, meaning there is no separate fee to attend when they purchase their admission ticket. The current setting for the "Included with Admission" discount should #1 still have automatic application abilities (why that was removed in October 2020 is beyond my comprehension) and #2 should allow items beyond merchandise or a second admission. We should be able to allow our guests to purchase admission, then sign up for a scheduled program at $0 cost without ticket sellers manually having to do it or giving out a promo code (for online sales).
Another example is when we offer a free adult admission when they register their children for a Home School class. We currently have to run that as 2 transactions and when you're trying to check the kids in, that is a huge nuisance. Parents should be able to do both online, register their kid for the class and add their admission at $0 cost. One transaction, no promo codes needing handed out over the phone.
